Intellectual Property Rights Policy

At agenzix.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines our approach to addressing claims of intellectual property infringement, including the process for reporting such claims and our response procedures.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated through content accessible on this site, please notify our Designated Agent. Your notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property rights that are allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the intellectual property claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to allow us to locate the material on our site.
  • Information sufficient to allow us to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property that is allegedly infringed.

Response to Notification

Upon receiving a valid notice of alleged infringement, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question. We may also contact the user responsible for the material and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled in error, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must be in writing and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original infringement claim.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may replace the removed material or restore access to it within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order.

Repeat Infringers

agenzix.com will promptly terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the site more than twice.

Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly provides false information in a notification or counter-notice regarding intellectual property infringement may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Modifications to Policy

agenzix.com reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to ensure compliance with the current terms.
